Responsible Travel
No safety guarantees
Travel in Afghanistan carries inherent risk. We do not describe a destination as safe or promise that conditions will remain unchanged. Travel planning is reviewed as conditions change.
Route & daylight planning
We plan around real drive times, road conditions, weather, seasonal access, daylight, practical overnight points, and current operating conditions. Routes and timing can change when conditions change.
Local coordination
Travel is supported through Kabul-based planning and working relationships with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other contacts relevant to the itinerary. Access is reviewed before movement rather than assumed.
LOI, permits & documentation
Letter of Invitation support is included for every booked tour. We do not issue visas. Provincial permissions and registrations are processed or coordinated in advance where required, with final requirements determined by the itinerary and relevant authorities.
Vehicles, guides & road movement
Vehicles, drivers, and local guides are assigned according to terrain, distance, group size, and route needs. Daylight movement is preferred where practical, and the operating plan can change when the road, weather, or access changes.
Checkpoints & photography
Travelers should follow guide instructions during checkpoint interactions and ask before photographing government sites, checkpoints, military positions, infrastructure, religious sites, or people in sensitive settings.
Insurance & medical planning
Travelers should read their own government travel advisory and carry insurance that explicitly covers Afghanistan. Emergency evacuation coverage is strongly recommended. Medical capability and response options vary significantly by location.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers are expected to respect Afghan law and customs, cooperate with guides and drivers, arrive on time for planned movement, and accept itinerary changes when conditions require them.
Plan around the real conditions
Travel planning is reviewed as conditions change.
Tell us your dates and the places you want to reach. We will review the route, season, road movement, local requirements, and practical alternatives before the itinerary is confirmed.
